The other engine trims are the xDrive 4WD which start from the 30d, having the 258 bhp with 3.0-Litre diesel engine, whereas the 35d has replaced the 40d with the same engine as of BMW X5 30d but the bhp is 313.
As far as the petrol variant is concerned, there is available 50i with the 450bhp and a powerful 4.4-Litre V8 engine, whereas the 40e with the plug-in-hybrid version of 2.0-Litre petrol engine. The electric motor emits 305 bhp.
